By using the RogueInc website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or legal guardian before placing an order using their payment method.

You must not use this website in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with its operation, security or the experience of other users.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, systems or customer information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and prices displayed on the RogueInc website are as accurate as possible.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings and lighting conditions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue a product, limit purchase quantities or update product information without prior notice.

Prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and successfully paid for.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund using the original payment method.

Placing an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed only after payment has been authorised and RogueInc has accepted the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect information, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a breach of these Terms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will provide a refund using the original payment method.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed through a trusted third-party payment provider.

RogueInc does not intend to store customers’ complete card details on its own systems.

You are responsible for supplying accurate payment information and confirming that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We aim to prepare and deliver orders within the timeframe displayed during checkout or provided in your order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by your location, courier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will aim to deliver your order within 30 days after accepting it.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error, although we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has started.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and similar charges imposed by the destination country.

For most eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them.

To request a cancellation, contact RogueInc and provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return.

Cancellation rights may not apply to customised products or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after they have been unsealed.

These cancellation rights are separate from your legal rights when an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed and free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear.

Original labels and tags should remain attached, and the product should be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product. A refund may be reduced where unnecessary handling has lowered its value.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted products. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges are subject to stock and size availability.

We cannot guarantee that a requested replacement will remain available while a return is being processed. If an exchange cannot be completed, we may provide a refund instead.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a refund, repair or replacement.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Goods supplied to consumers must meet legal standards, including being of satisfactory quality and matching their description.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with each product.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, unsuitable washing or drying, bleaching, improper ironing, incorrect storage or failure to follow the care label.

This does not affect your rights where a product was faulty when supplied.

RogueInc may occasionally offer promotional prices or discount codes.

Unless stated otherwise, codes must be entered during checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively and may be subject to an expiry date, minimum spend or product restrictions.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where there has been misuse, fraud, a technical problem or an obvious error.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology to the website.

You must not attempt to bypass website security, access customer information without permission, scrape protected website data or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe that the website, RogueInc or another person may be at risk.

The RogueInc name, logo, clothing designs, artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, website layout, slogans and promotional materials are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by RogueInc.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit RogueInc content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights connected with its artwork, branding or design.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security updates, technical work or circumstances outside our control.

RogueInc may use third-party services including payment providers, couriers, hosting services, analytics tools and social-media platforms.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RogueInc is not responsible for their independent content or practices except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any legal rights that cannot be excluded.

RogueInc is responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Products are intended for personal and domestic use. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunities.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, industrial action, courier disruption, customs delays, supply-chain interruption or failure of essential technology or utilities.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Information may be used to process orders, take payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and send marketing where permission has been given or another lawful basis applies.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to RogueInc, the website, our services or our legal obligations.

The latest version will appear on this page together with an updated revision date.

These Terms and any contract between you and RogueInc are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live.
